I don?t do reviews, this is a first but THIS location will be staffed with people that tell you VARIOUS reasons (and sometimes... NO reason, just simply ?we can?t take your order?. No reason, no apology) why they CANNOT or WILL NOT serve you. This happensBARE MINIMUM 50% of the time. It?s RARE to encounter a staff member who is nice or appears to care AT ALL. It?s a running familyjoke as to wether or not they will actually take your order any time we TRY to visit. I?m not sure WHY or HOW this location iseven open. Read more

I've been debating about whether or not to talk about my recent visit. I decided that the employees that were there that day,... won't learn from their mistakes if I stay quiet. This happened on Thursday Sept 22nd, 2022, around 3:45pm. Maybe a littlelater. I don't have a car, but my insurance pays for transportation, & it's close to a 3 hour drive 1 way. 6 hrs in the cartotal for a 20 minute visit. I have serious health problems & I was in Carmel for a specialist in the hospital. I had to fastfor tests, & as a result I was feeling sick. I asked the driver to find me a Wendy's for the 4 for $4 deal. It was a crazylong line, & by the time it was our turn, I was struggling to not throw up. The driver placed my order for me, but I wanted anextra burger, in case I was hungry during the way back. The problem is I couldn't see the board. When I was asking for anotherburger, I couldn't remember the name, panicked & said "Mcdouble", which my driver repeated for me. Remember, I COULDN'T SEE themenu. A lady came on the speaker & said "This is Wendy's, not McDonald's", which embarrassed the both of us. He did saysomething to the lady about how he's ordering for a client, but I still felt uncomfortable eating the food because I was afraidmy food was messed with. There was another patient in the vehicle next to me, & she WAS going to place an order, but after thatexchange with the Wendy's employee, she put her card away & said she'll eat when she gets home. Now, when I got my food, I didNOT receive a receipt. Most likely to keep me from doing the satisfaction survey, but they didn't realize that everyone withlocation on receives a prompt to talk about your recent visit. Surprise! I will never stop at this location again. On my way to work, I decided to grab lunch on the way. I was in the drive through line... for 27 minutes after placing my order. No idea what the hold-up was and nothing but a quick sorry as my food was handed out. IfI wasn't in a hurry getting right on the interstate I would have gone back and got my money back when I realized I was giventhe wrong order. Read more

If I could give a -10 stars I would. I knew better than to stop here again but I did ????. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. ... One truck at the order screen one car in front of me and cars loading up behind me. Got tired of waiting so got out of line tosee 1 car at the window! No cars between the window and order screen. This wendys is the worst. These so called employees areterrible. Where is the management? The owners? How do none of them see the terrible reports on this location? The employeeswill claim register is down but stay to collect a paycheck. So many times they are out back smoking. Just shut it down alreadyor fire entire crew and start over. Read more

Drive through only. You don't want to open the dining room, I dont care. I should at least be able to walk in and place an... order. You don't want me bringing my Freightliner through your drive through. Read more

Without a doubt the World's Worst Wendy's. Order taker was confused. Drive-up order screen doesn't display the order for... verification. Windows have inadequate signage. Nobody present at payment window. Drove forward and nobody present at fooddistribution window. I pulled around to try the payment window again-nobody. Tried pickup window and finally someone appeared.The food was cold and not fresh. Obviously run down, understaffed, and untrained staff. Read more

They were crazy busy with a line around the building. They moved quickly and were exceptionally professional. Addressing our... wait time by stating they were the most popular Wendy's around today, got the order right and was piping hot. Great work teamWendy's @Lebanon. Read more

I stopped across the street at truck stop and wanted to get something to eat, I checked my google maps and realized Wendy?s was... a short walk. I walked over and noticed the inside is still closed but the drive-through was open. I gave them a call, themanager answered told me to go to the window and place my order. I appreciate y?all and thank you on behalf of all truck driversfor the great customer service and for having an alternative way of ordering our food. Read more
