My wife & I keep it simple & get small sundaes, hot fudge for my wife & caramel for me. We always argue (humorously) about... whether it's pronounced carmul or cara-mul. I have eaten there 4 times now, at different times of the day. Mid-afternoon a couple days after they opened, they were really... busy & a bit overwhelmed. But service has gotten better. The food is good, & they have a working ice cream machine. I especiallylike their Breakfast Bowls with eggs & hash browns & lots of cheese & your choice of ham, sausage or bacon & topped with gravyor salsa. Very filling. And for you seniors, Dairy Queen does have a Senior Discount. I am glad that they are in Lebanon, & Iwill keep eating there. Read more
Made a big family order about a week ago. Only got about half of it, and the half we got was completely wrong. I called, they... took down my info and said they would honor the order. I go today to pick up said honored meal. I give my name and info and wasoriginally offered a 4 piece tender basket to make up for the entire family meal. When I asked that the order be honored as itoriginally was, I was told to come back in the morning and speak to a gm. I politely said i wont be back. At that point I wasliterally laughed at, so, i drove off. Without getting rude or mean. I had my little girl with me. The way I was treated wasdisgusting. And it was done in front of my child. The employees were polite & used very good manners. Food was hot & so good- got us through fast also! The Lebanon population... needs to start letting a new restaurant get on its feet before they give them hell. Read more
Waited 45 minutes for 2 blizzards. Ready paid for them wouldn't give me my money back. Had to wait and both blizzards made... wrong. Poor service. Read more
Every time I?m here it?s terrible. They gave me no bag, no fork, no napkins, for my bbq chicken strip basket. No ranch. Also I... ordered a 6 pc and got a 4 piece. Oh wait, no receipt either. They handed it to me out the window with bbq all over it. $15 forthat and a large drink. Terrible lol Read more
