There was two hairs in my meal. Should have took a picture and sent it to the health department. I don't think anyone working... there bothers to wear hair nets and the food tastes like it's been sitting for several hours every time I had orderedpreviously. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. I went through the drive-through ordered a 12 piece family meal. The chicken was barely... warm. The sides were cold. The beans were busted open and all over the bag and other contents of the bag. Ask for sauces and atthe window I only got 2 sauces for a 12 piece meal. I asked for a couple more and she said no that she couldn't and technicallyshe shouldn't have gave sauce at all since we didn't order chicken strips. I called and talked to the manager and the owner bothof this Lebanon KY store. They were very rude about the situation. The owner stated that's her policy. I told her good luckwith her business. She then proceeded to say she's doing just fine. But apparently she's not if she's worried about losing moneyon a couple of sauces that should be part of the meal anyway. Customers are spending their hard earned money on her food. Afterhow the owner talked to me on the phone I will never go back to that store. She's got the last penny she'll ever get from me. We decided to eat lunch at Lee's because my coworker had to cash his paycheck. This turned out to be a great decision. My food... was piping hot and I had it before I had even filled my drink. The restaraunt has recently been updated and is very comfortableand homey. The chicken is always delicious and the sides are great as well. Love my hometown Lee's, and you will too. Read more
Was disappointed.. Had Buffett ..$9.97. Just wasn't appetizing. I love Lee's. But Corn was old.. Beans were bland.. chicken was... not very warm, no mac&cheese and their dessert game was extremely weak.. I was there before 7 pm so should have been better. Read more
