Wasn't the greatest coffee this time. Tried a different dunks today and the same thing. Don't know what they've changed. ??
Take dark roast off your menu if you're not going to brew it.

There is one girl on Day/afternoon crew thay does great making my coffee. But If she isn?t there, there is always something... wrong with my coffee. I ordered a Iced Chi today and it took the girl 20 mins to make it. If she wasn?t talking and payingattention to what she was doing she wouldn?t have taken so long. Also tonight my father and I went through the drive throughwaited a ridiculous amount of time to get out order and then it wasn?t even made right or even put in the system right so we goticed coffee with no sugar in one and no caramel in the other just coffee and cream. Very long drive through line and service. Took them three times to get one hot coffee right. First time was a hot pumpkin and... cream couldn't taste any pumpkin. So I went in to get it right, still no flavor. So for the third time, I told them make acaramel and cream. Finally had flavor. Happened the week before but had driven down the road before trying.
