The large lighted sign read " Dining room open". It was not. So we went through the drive thru. After we left, we discovered,... there were no napkin's,no salt and pepper, no tartar sauce for the fish dinner and worst of all no utensils to eat with !!! I'mnot a happy customer. Read more

I'm local and have NEVER had a good experience here, but, let's just talk about the last one, MY LAST VISIT. I'LL NEVER GO BACK... ,,, why ? ,,,, In past experience I know the wait is going to be long so we ORDERED AND PAID ON LINE to speed things up. Ittakes 15 min to drive there so they said it would be ready. It wasn't. I told her on the intercom that we ordered on line shesounded confused and said pull on up to the window. After waiting LITERALLY 15 min in line, when we got to the window IT WASN'TREADY !!!! She even asked what we had ordered!!! They were clueless as to what we ordered !!!! She said, please pull up andwe'll get you order ready. By this time I had had enough waiting and told them I wanted my money back, she said they CAN'TREFUND MY MONEY !!! By this time I was MAD !!! And for good reason !!!! So I went inside and she said they were hurrying to getour food ready. I said I don't want the food now, I want my money back. She said I have to GO ONLINE to get my money back. As Isaid on their Facebook page ,,,, this place needs to be plowed under. Build a REAL restaurant in its place. Seriously waited in the drive thru for 10 mins. We were asked to wait. Then after a while we were told "you know you can order... whenever you want" as if we were not waiting forever for THEM. Followed by another 10-15 mins for these kids to process oursimple order of tilapia. Read more
