The cashier working today around 11am was high on some kind of drug. She tried to give me my sandwich for free. I was buying two... sandwiches a fountain drink and a bag of Funions. Second time the guy has messed up our pizza order... Today 6/10/22 @ 7:56pm is a completey mess up on his part. The order says... what the pizza should be but he swears it was a normal pepperion pizza. Wouldn't be a big deal but this is second time this ishappened by him and he just goes on about they are lucky he is still working. And agures saying the order we placed never saidwhat it clearly said this whole time. Never going back to this location. And btw not cool coming outside cussing in front of mykids in the truck. I wouldn't order anything from here until they figure out how to manage the store better. Their customer service is below... minimal expectations. I was quoted 20 minutes for a pizza, and after my time was up I called to check that's when I was met withrudeness. For some reason my order did not go through on their end. I told them I'd be happy to go to the store and show them myconfirmation email, so my pizza could get started. They proceeded to call me a liar and argue over who was going to handle thecall. I do not mind waiting on a pizza to be made especially when it's game day and there's only one pizza maker. I didn't evenexpect an apology at this point. I just wanted my pizza. I waited another 20 in the store before being handed my pizza. Also thepizza maker had her hair down and no hair net.....sure hope there's no hair in my pizza. Read more

Arrived to pick up my order. They are not busy at all, the fewest customers I have seen there in a long time. Had to wait about... 6 minutes for someone just to come to the counter to see what I wanted. They said they hadn't even started making the pizza yet,just said sorry and told me to go wait another 20 minutes. Said it was because they had a big order, but they didn't seem busyor like they were working hard. I don't mind if my order is a few minutes late, but when I waste my time and gas to drive allthe way across town and they haven't even started making it yet, that is unacceptable. Their customer service amounts to sorrygo wait in your car for 20 minutes. My order should have been free after that. I told them to cancel it and left. This wouldnot be the first bad experience I've had at this Casey's. I've had two bad experiences like this out of the last 3 times I'vebeen there. I have no plans to go back for a long time after tonight. Read more
