Ordered at 10:45 for lunch online. Said it would be 30 minutes. Instead it wasn't delivered until 1 p.m.
I've worked for dominoes and I'm shocked at how bad the customer service has gotten here. I placed my order online and was given... a 20 to 30 minute time for it to be ready. I showed up 5 minutes early just to find they hadn't even started my order. I leftand came back 10 minutes later and it still wasn't in the oven. The lady at the register didn't seem to care about my concernsat all. As I sat for another 15 minutes I watched 4 other people come in for their pizzas and they weren't done either. One manhad ordered his pizza 3 hours early and had it timed to be picked up at a specific time, and that pizza wasn't done either. Iwill go to Pizza hut before ever coming here again. I would give zero stars if I had the option but I couldnt. Read more
Amazing staff here at the dominoes here in front of the Walmart. Very prompt and courteous in taking my order. Couldn't have had... a better experience elsewhere and there were only 2 store employees and 1 driver on duty. Quality doesn't need as much quantityin my opinion and they are quality here. I am a over the road driver for work and have been to countless dominos locations all across America. This is hands down,... without a doubt, the worst one I've ever ordered from. I got a chicken and mushroom pizza (I do not eat pork). Every single bitetasted like nothing but bacon. The pizza was literally inedible. For lack of better word, this location is absolute trash. Absolutely awful customer service. I've had two issues here recently and I swear I will never choose here before anywhere else... again. One, I was with a friend and we were hanging out. We ordered pizza to be delivered, but it never arrived. We checked onthe app and it said that it had been delivered, but we never got it. I called the store and they said they must have deliveredit to the wrong address. So I go up there to get the replacement pizza, and it hadn't been made when they told me it would beabout 10 minutes. When I actually got it, 30 minutes after I called, it was not cooked thoroughly and the dough was raw. Nowmore recently, my cousin had a birthday party and my family ordered six pizzas to be done at 5:45. I arrive with my older cousinand the order isn't even started!! It is currently 6:17 and we still have not gotten our pizzas that we ordered way in advance.This place is absolutely atrocious at time management and making promises that they are unable to keep.
