Not sure what is going on. I stopped on August 11 and ordered 2 cheeseburgers no ketchup, both HAD ketchup, even with special... order stickers. Okay, that was a preference. My husband stopped and got 2 teas, his sweet, mine unsweetened. BOTH were sweet,and again mine marked as diet, but this time a HEALTH issue. Not OK! Usually they have great service. Read more
I would like to commend the staff working the evening of 8/8/22. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. Above all else they... were polite and not rude. My food was made hot fresh and ready to go without oh without complaint. Probably the best experienceI've ever had at a McDonald's franchise. Thank you to the staff. Keep up the good work. Read more
Just went through the drive thru for some spicy chicken sandwiches and this is what I got. I get they are teenagers or somewhat... disabled adults but this is nonsense every time. To add good luck getting fresh fries if they don't pull you for a 5 minute waitwaiting on said fries to get not so fresh fries anyway. Read more
Got half a bun on my chicken sandwich. Chicken wasn't burnt but tasted like it, probably the oil. Fries soggy.
Stopped here to get some food while I was filling up. It wasn?t that busy when I arrived, and the staff that helped me were very... friendly. I accidentally spilt ketchup on the floor, and they not only cleaned it up right away, but went out of their way tograb me some replacement ketchup. The drink bar was also super clean which was nice. Convenient for me but notorious for not following the slips. They tend to make whatever they want instead of just reading and... following the order. Don't spend extra on anything, don't ask for things off, always expect something wrong Read more
