Use to love going here until now they got rid of the only semi gluten free thing they ever had. The grilled chicken sandwich... with no bread. Young girl was rude and short with me the whole time I gave her my order. At one point I told her a route 44 water. I guess she... couldn?t didn?t hear me. Because she just rudely kept saying the drink. Which isn?t even a question. If you don?t like your jobtalking to customers you should get a new job where you don?t have to talk to people all day. Everytime we go there they seem to always forget our marinara or side sauces like ranch. This time we were rushed while trying... to order when my boyfriend tried saying route 44 drink the woman interrupted him saying large, i had to explain he was right sohe had to ask a second time. Then when we ordered a large chili cheese fries they gave us a medium, never reading back our orderat the end she was pretty rude through the whole ordering process. I understand customer service can be a bit much considering imy self have worked customer service but sometimes there's just no good excuse. Read more
So I came on a float trip and late at night I hit up the SONIC for a very large order for everyone at the. motel. Not only was... it good prompt service for being packed? but the patience and the kindness they showed when I took a large and I wouldabsolutely wanna give a shout out to Caleb order it was outstanding. We had ordered two drinks and some mozzarella sticks through the app. We also added condiments onto the app for the marinara... sauce for the mozzarella sticks. We did not receive them. Call to the attendant and was supposed to have it brought out to usand after 10 minutes we just ate our mozzarella sticks and left. Read more
