My husband and I were about to give up on Subway. We have been getting terribly made sandwiches, flat, squished, sometimes... wasnt sure we were even being handed a sandwich from the other location in town. But this Elm st location has changed our minds.They were very friendly on the phone and in person. And our sandwiches were made exactly as we asked and were sooo good. We willdefinitely be returning. The service was great but there prices are horrible. I use to get three sandwiches for under twenty. Now for two sandwiches I... paid just under forty. FOR SANDWICHES. If I had not already had the sandwiches been made up I would have walked out withoutthem. I could go to Denny's and get more food for the same price. Read more

Geeze...3 people are..1..12in sub all meat, tuna 6in and Philly 6in..chip and drinks..freaking $45...not again Subway....
We have been very busy lately and going into the busier season. We have also been transitioning a lot. Different menu items. New... crew members. Very touch and go some days. The customers have been so understanding and so patient. Loyal and devoted! Haha, wealways make sure to deliver a good meal regardless of the struggles. Been loving that philly sandwich ! Good food and good service. The remodel of subways nation wide have been in diar need for... awhile now. It's good to see them modernized and up to date. I'll always miss the old brick wall new York deli feel they haverepresented for so long. Who remembers the Jared diet ???? Bread sticks to us as bad as grease and trans fat in products,buthey!! Believe t.v. I guess and see how it goes. I'm not saying you can't lose weight eating subs..I just saying it's not as easyas the nerdy glasses guy made it look. The sweet onion teriyaki is different than it used to be. The sauce isn't already on the chicken so it's much messier but it... tasted good. The employees were very friendly and their cookies are still the best. Read more
Toaster was broken, but the employee was extremely nice, efficient, and orderly. Food was good.
