Always good coffee but it also depends on who is making your coffee. Had good service here.
I stop at this Dunks only if my other one I go to is closed....I am always disapointed...feeling frustrated...
Dirty, poor service, slow. We were ignored for a while before getting someone to take our order.
Ordered a bagel with bacon and cheese and asked for it to be buttered. Gentleman rang me up for a bagel with butter toasted.... Hash browns were old, hard, and crunchy. Only reason I?m giving it two stars is because there was a language barrier between meand the cashier and because the bagel was good despite it not being what I ordered. Read more
We had difficulty communicating order details at the drive in and a staff member was less than pleasant when clarifying details... of a latte order. When picking up the order, we received a sarcastic "Pleasant speaking with you." The plain croissant was staleand inedible - would not recommend. Every time I?ve visited this dunkin location in the past year the employees are not friendly and the food is messy, burnt or... forgotten. I?ve ordered the mini pancakes and upon getting them noticed green goo (Maybe from avocado toast? I hope) on thepackage and on the pancakes. Today I got a bagel and it was completely black inside and out. These are just two minor examples.Save yourselves the trouble and please visit a different dunkin location. Went through the drive thru to place our order. Received the order and it was not what we had ordered. I went back in the store... to ask for my order to be corrected. The woman at counter stated she was one of the managers and that "I didn't order what I hadsaid I ordered." I most certainly did. Anyway, she wanted to argue and was quite rude. I didn't catch her name but she hadbraids with some blue dye. Very unprofessional and rude as can be. I will never stop to this location again. Read more
They were training someone new and they didn't really understand what was on the menu but I did eventually get someone who... understood during was able to get me what I wanted pretty much. They said they were out of the turkey sausage, I couldn't getthe breakfast sandwich with the egg and cheese and English muffin but I decided to have the bacon and cheddar I'm not sure whatthey're called, egg substitutes I don't know what to call them.
