This is the closest coffee shop to my house so I really gave them many chances but never again. I typically order a mocha latte,... which has been my favorite Dunkin drink for years. This place makes it incorrectly 50 percent of the time. I typically don?tcomplain because I?ve already left before I?ve tasted it and do not have time to return. Sometimes I end up driving to anotherlocation to get a properly made drink. The latte tastes watered down or made with burnt coffee. It never tastes like this fromother locations. Today they straight up gave me a hot chocolate and claimed it was a latte. Not sure they know how to makelattes at all. Read more

Used the bathroom and it didn't have any TP when I asked the Exxon attendant about it he said management had brought them any... and they had been borrowing napkins from Dunkin for people to use....ughhh not very great answer....and shows lack of care foremployees and customers using the bathroom facilities...
