The food itself is really good but the time it takes to get to the house is ridiculous. I work at a pizza place myself and it... usually takes between 20 to 35 minutes for us to get pizzas out and delivered to customers unless they live on the outskirts ofour delivery zone. I live about 8 minutes away from this domino's but don't have time to pick it up myself as I'm a collegestudent but it shouldn't take an hour and a half to make and deliver food 8 minutes away when the site says it will be done in25. I've called several times lately to order food. They are ALWAYS closed. This is even with the girl telling you they're open... hours are till 1 during week and 2 on Friday and Saturday. I called at 8 the other night and the phone just rang and rang. Willbe taking my business else where. If they don't have time for me, I'll take my money to someone who appreciates my business andmoney. Plenty of pizza places in town. I give them half a star. Read more
Absolute best I?m always treated with the up most respect if i run into an issue. They always go above and beyond to make sure... that my order is flawless. I appreciate their high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Whenever I have an issue with myorder they always call me or comes right back with a correction of the order and does whatever it takes to make me satisfied asthe customer. Received the wrong food, called and called to get it fixed. Claim their phones are ?broken? since the order was placed. The... manager didn?t really seem to care about anything. Said we ordered what we got. (We didn?t) but he went ahead and Remade theorder for us. So that?s a plus, But overall the customer service was poor. Also you can see through the glass door on the side,the teenage boy kicking the boxes around playing with his face and long hair. Then he proceeds to walk near the food and frontflipping his hair around.. and then touching food with his unwashed hands. hair nets? Hair up? Hand washing protocol? Staffsitting in the counters and playing on their phones. I get that it?s 8:30 at night but come on now. Professionalism should beall the time. Especially in front of guests!! Clean place to eat and get good pies. If you are in the know there are chain domino's and independent ones. This one is local... and the quality is there. Suggest the app and use the car side delivery. Being that it's pretty much in the center of townyou'll be able to get your pie if you decide to get it without delivery. Read more
Ordered pizza and had to order a gluten free for my mom (which is always thin crust) because she has to have it and the pizza... they gave us was not gluten free. Read more
