Save your money and go somewhere else. I was the only person in there. Service was awful. Messed up my sandwich. Took forever,... and when I asked for a remake after 20 min of waiting I got up and left. It was sitting there made the entire time. The waitresswas just too busy doing absolutely nothing to care. Last 3x ordering drive thru I say, ?onions only? to get home & no onions. Today 7-31-2022 I said onions only for employee to... say, ? would you like mustard?? No onions ONLY. Get home NO onions. Tried to call & phone busy for over an hour. If employeesdon?t understand onions only then they need another job. When you call nothing is resolved so I?ll quit going!!! Read more
The waitress was good. The vegetarian spaghetti was lacking in spaghetti sauce and spaghetti. It was not worth the 7.50 I paid... for it. I rarely eat out and wished I had not today. Read more
Let me start by saying that the service tonight was excellent. The parmesan garlic fries were really good. But somebody really... needs to take a second and look at the burger that you are charging $7 for. A tiny piece of beef that was chewy and tasteless.Some wilted lettuce and a tiny slice of a tomato that was chewy and looked like it had been there for days. I know you shouldnot buy a burger at a chili place but they claim to have started making burgers. Don't bother. Seriously, as an owner or managerof a business take a look at the next one that your cook sends out to a customer and ask yourself if you would pay $7 for that.Then take a look at the burger places around you and ask yourself why would you buy one at Gold Star? Gave my sons spoiled milk. My toddler guzzled down the whole thing and was immediately acting strange and didn't want to eat. I... then tasted my other son's drink and it was definitely spoiled, and the mom at the table behind me also sipped her son's milkand it was spoiled. The manager apologized and told me multiple times that the expiration date was 9 days from now and that theyjust bought the milk, then offered me two warm juices for my kids. After I told them my son was obviously sick after drinkingthe milk. I then went up to the register and the credit card machine wasn't working and had to stand there for a while for themto plug another one in. I told the server that another customer just said the milk was spoiled and she said she "THINKS theyjust dumped the milk out". Manager was nice enough when I complained but seemed clueless as to the fact that the milk very wellcould have gone bad or have been stored improperly at some point. I called the health department to ask them to check to makesure ALL of the milk they recently purchased was thrown out as it could be bad too. Went online to see that the store had 5critical mistakes on their health inspection report in December, one of which was not having staff trained well enough in foodsafety. I want to say that everyone did seem to be genuinely nice there, just not maybe knowledgeable in food safety and unableto handle the situation properly. My sister, her grandson and I are there yesterday evening (June 24, 2022) around 5:30. This place was great two months ago, we... we've been going there each Friday evening for coffee and food. Each week the service declined, and last night was the laststraw for us. "We will not return." My double burger was just slightly okay, my fries were so hard and grease soaked that Iasked to have remade. My sister ordered a 3-way and it was cold, her grandson had chicken tenders and fries and the childcouldn't eat the fries because the fries were so hard his little teeth of a five year old couldn't bit it. Our waitress waspolite and quickly replaced the fries that she herself made. The other staff just sit around and talked between themselves. Onlytwo other tables had customers. THIS PLACE NEEDS A GOOD WELL TRAINED MANAGER, WHO KNOWS HOW TO TRAIN THE STAFF!!! The staff actlike they have never even been inside a business before and they are clueless. This place is a DISGRACE to the entire Lebanoncommunity. Read more
Place is a joke. As we was walking in a family walked out and said good luck getting service. They waited 20 minutes and no one... came to the table. Lot of very young kids working here. Dont even look of age to work. Go to the one in maineville ohio service is way better at that location. Very slow here. Not even busy. Read more
