My husband?s chicken nuggets and fries were cold and the lettuce on my salad was old and gross.

Drive thru times aren't what they should be and the last time we were there they were out of ALL chicken products, I can... understand being under staffed after the pandemic but to have zero products with chicken is unacceptable. We ordered a plain grilled chicken and 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and it was the coldest food ever! The chicken had obviously been... laying on the grill just in grease! When asked them to make the Jr Bacon again what I got was still as if they microwaved themeat Bacon and put cheese on it... that still didn't melt! Never will I go back to that Wendy's at Flying J's. Went at 6:30 pm to the drive thru to order a baked potato and a small cup of chili... they didn't have any chili ....
