My husband?s chicken nuggets and fries were cold and the lettuce on my salad was old and gross.
WORST experience with this Wendy's. Drive thru times aren't what they should be and the last time we were there they were out of ALL chicken products, I can... understand being under staffed after the pandemic but to have zero products with chicken is unacceptable. We ordered a plain grilled chicken and 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and it was the coldest food ever! The chicken had obviously been... laying on the grill just in grease! When asked them to make the Jr Bacon again what I got was still as if they microwaved themeat Bacon and put cheese on it... that still didn't melt! Never will I go back to that Wendy's at Flying J's. What I ordered tasted good and everything but today I was shamed for asking for six packets of sour cream with my baked potato.... Lady through the drive-thru said what real snarky and continued being snarky and said for one potato and huffed at me. This isthe only time I've had a problem with the Lebanon Ohio Wendy's on main Street. They never fill up their chili cups or bowls theygive to you only barely 3/4 of the way full. And the drinks are the same when you go to the drive-thru. And I don't get ice andyou can really notice it. And when I asked them to fill it up more the only pretend to put more in it. Read more
I am NEVER let down when I go to this Wendy?s. The manager in the mornings is absolutely fantastic and always remembers I use... sweet n low with my tea. The food is ALWAYS correctly prepared and fresh. Read more

Went at 6:30 pm to the drive thru to order a baked potato and a small cup of chili... they didn't have any chili ....
