Overall nice dinner experience. We tried the brisket poutine because we pove poutine and saw that was on their special list. The... alcoholic drinks were stiff if you're into that. The food was pretty good for being inside a hotel. Honestly the best part wasthe potato soup which was super creamy and delicious. Skip the beignets if they're on the dessert menu...they were stale andmade me want a fresh donut instead. Waitstaff were very nice and attentive. I'd try this place again and I hear there's anoutdoor Japanese garden which we didn't see because of the winter darkness. Maybe next time. Read more
We walked in were greeted immediately. My date had made reservations so we were seated immediately. The atmosphere was that of... fine dining with casual mixed in. There was a very warm and inviting ambiance; although the candles on the tables were batterylit, it certainly added to the feeling of romance, but we we even still able to be goofy and funny and have a good time withoutworry of being inappropriate. I ordered the Cobb salad and my date had the chicken mushroom risotto. We were both pleasantlysurprised. The presentation was stunning and the food mouth watering. Dinner here is stellar. The food is incredible and the service is very good. We met coworkers for a drink but stayed for a meal... and we are so glad we did. The fish and chips are awesome. The Prime Rib with garlic shrimp and garlic mashed potatoes was delicious.
Carl is my favorite server their. Often times if I'm discouraged by the food I always seem to make it back because of him. The... Cobb salad is consistently good as it should be for $15. Everything else seems to be hit-and-miss depending on who's cooking thefood. It's still the nicest restaurant within Lebanon. I enjoy the atmosphere and the landscape which adds to the overallenjoyment. Steak and pasta prices are way cheaper here than if you were to go to a nice place in Salem or Portland but youknow what they say. You get what you pay for. Read more
This is a local fine dining experience worth experiencing. Up stairs in the hotel you will find a professional chef and servers.... There is always a mixologist ready to show their skills too. It's not all snails and puppy dog tails... There is something greatto eat for everyone. This is a night out experience since they open at 4pm. Definitely a must try. Read more
