Lebanon is always out of chicken . Get a bucket out of chicken get a burger out of fries. GOT A BUCKET a 8 piece dark the... other day . When I got home to open the 8 piece bucket there set 2 legs and 2 thighs . Then I call KFC to ask how much a bucketof dark was . Thinking they gave me a 4 piece . Nope they charged me for a 8 piece but gave me 4 . So I told the lady she hadcharged me for a 8 piece but only gave me 4 pieces. Her response was like I was trying to pull a fast one , or lying I'm notsure witch . Then she says ok bring all the chicken you just got back . Ok so I did and they did replace it with a new bucket ofchicken . But no sorry for wasting my gas or my time . Read more
Pros- French frys and milk shake were very good. The employee at the window was polite and had everything I ordered... correct. Cons- The menu board is slightly confusing with the mix of A&W and KFC. The wait in the drive thru line is awful. Twotimes in a row I waited 20 minutes. Read more
This is the sorriest excuse for a float. 2nd time this has happened. No ROOT Beet in my float. Just soft serve, not enough... Root Beer to flavor the ice cream. Only because they did get the rest of order correct. Read more
Quick through the drive up even with a bit of a line. Got our order spot on, no issues. We will stop again sometime for sure.

Food flavor was what I expected, which earns them the score provided. The photo tied to this review reflects online pricing of... $31.56. Those are $6.26 french fries, same price for the mac& cheese. $10 box of popcorn chicken. $5 pie w/soda (no cookieincluded) biscuits were under $4 (no butter or honey provided). Online you're able to provide a time for the order to be ready,and this location was almost 20 minutes off the mark. To top it all off, the cashier had made comment that in store pricing wasbetter then online. Said something about being closer to $25 had I ordered in the drive thru. The food is usually good. But I suggest not going through the drive through. They never get your order correct and you're in the... drive through line forever. But I still love me some root beer freezes , so I'll probably go back again and again lol Read more
