Walked in with my co worker after a hard morning. Ordered our food, got our drinks. And as we are waiting for our food some... ?karen? in the back started accusing us of being someone else and tried to kick us out with out our food. After being confusedof what she was talking about and explaining that we have never been in the Lebanon Burger King before. She didn?t evenapologize to us. They're usually more fresh and fast, but sometimes it has its off days. The fries are always hot and taste amazing. Always great... deals and often get good coupons in the mail. I love coming here Read more
Burger was good, kids liked their kids meal, but the mozzarella sticks were so very gross. Old, crusty, rubbery/ hard cheese... inside, tasted so bad. If I hadn't been driving through town I would have brought it back. Read more
New girl at the counter placed a wrong order for me after having to tell her 3 times what my order was. The manager was... completely unprofessional in her attitude towards me as the customer. Telling me I placed the wrong order and would have to makeup the difference in the price of the order. I also observe this black manager treating another white customer very poorly andtalking garbage about them after they left. Burger King you can do way better than this. I only wish I had video of how yourmanager treated myself and other customers as I would file a lawsuit against you so quickly for hiring a racist manager. Read more
Made an order they made it wrong, where did 15 minutes for the redo, shortages another afterwards waiting another five, made it... home assuming it was correct , it was not after is all said and done we were shorted one burger and fries.. very irritatinghonestly I've never had a problem at that store before. We ordered 2 burger meals today in Lebanon, to take to two seniors at the memory care senior home. I am talking a 94 year old... and 90. When we sat down to eat only one burger was in the bag. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They love their shakes,fries and burgers. A real treat for them every 2 weeks. Well never again Burger King, NEVER... Whenever I go through Lebanon I go to the Burger King whether it be to sit down in the restaurant and eat or use the drive thru... I always get fast, friendly and accurate service. My food is always just as I order it, fresh and the hot items hot. One of thebest Burger Kings around! Always my go to when I'm in Lebanon. Read more
All of my food was cold and while the burger patties were cooked, the cheese wasn't melted and I had to reheat all of my food.... This was the most pathetic fast food I have ever eaten. I will contact cooperate or a higher up if I get food poisoning. Therehas been a gradual decline in food quality. The food here was better during covid. Whoever has been managing this location thiswhole time needs to be replaced. Literally eat any where else in this town. Read more
