At 11:50pm 11/23/22 we were feeling the need for onion rings, mini churros, and mini tacos. To our surprise, there was a the fan... favorites box to give unto us our daily munchie goodness. As we pulled up to the microphone to order box sent from the heavens.There was loud booming voice. To which I responded "God?" Indeed it was not, just his microphone operating prophet, Chris. Withpower in his voice and the mission to sell fast food. Chris said "What can I get ya man?" I asked if the fan favorites box camewith a drink and he said "I mean, if you make it a meal." I eagerly made it a meal. He then said "Wait, you wanted tacos?" Iresponded "No, just the fan favorites." He asked me if I wanted the sirracha burger and I said I didn't order the munchies meal.After ten minutes of repeating what I had ordered, Chris finally told us our total "That'll be twenty dollars man." I pulled upto the window and hand Chris a twenty dollar bill and finally get to see the man who I assumed, had the mic in his mouth whiletaking our order. The mic was not in his mouth, just firmly pressed against his bearded face. He appeared to be a mix of ZachGalifianakis and the cave man from the old Geico commercials but inherited the communication skills from his Neanderthal side ofthe family. Although simple, a real joy to have speak to you through a drive through window. He took the twenty and said "It'llbe a minute, kay?" and closed the window. I waited for his team to make the food and realised that I was dealing with the manwho has given his all to help make all of the stoner related food on this menu. Chris opened the window, and handed me two fanfave boxes, and a separate bag with ranch, and creamy avocodo sauce. I thanked him for our food, and then asked for more ranchand ketchup. Every time you go through the drive threw they ask you to pull around front and wait for a ?couple? of minutes. It has never... once been a couple of minutes it?s usually a couple of mins before they forget about your order and then you sit there for ahalf hour. This place is a disgrace! If they ask you to pull around go around front and get your money back unless you feel likewaiting 30-45 minutes to get a breakfast burrito at 8am in the morning. Read more
I remember when it used to be friendly but the manager seems to be super rude and aggressive towards the coworkers. Seeing her... yell at her employees made me super uncomfortable and I don?t think I?ll be returning. I also believe there night shift workerssmoke pot outside the store since I smell it everytime I?m there. Also the night shift people seem more rude.This place would benicer if their manager had the decency to treat her coworkers like people and the careless employees were out of there. Read more

Today makes the 5th time in two months we couldn't get what we ordered at Lebanon jack's. One time all hamburger meat was... frozen, 3 times they couldn't make the chicken fajita pita, etc. Why isn't the manager doing his/her job to see that the foodis ready every day? Read more
My wife ordered two three piece spicy chicken meals and two tacos. She found one box of chicken with five pieces and two of... them were the size of my thumb, two fries and no tacos. Called and they said to come back and they would fix it. When my wifegot back they said they had combined the chicken strip into one box but forgot the tacos. They provided the tacos and that wasit. Absolutely awful customer service and food. Never again. Read more
Saw my food placed by the teenage cashier,, then waited for a full 4 minutes to get my food by a cashier acting like I was a... burden,, not a customer.. You WILL have your order messed up.. the fries are usually old,, barely warm and often soggy,, and ifyour food is hot, it would be an experience I've never had at this restaurant. The words messy and disappointing don't begin toreflect what I am looking at. They ignore anything you ask for special, like light ice and extra mayo. Read more
Definitely one of the better jack-in-the-boxes in the state of Oregon Best $8 munchie meal I've ever had.
