My chicken pot pie had a huge piece of plastic in it and there were raw potato chunks in it. Raw potatoes have a toxin that is... extremely dangerous to us all. I am not sure I want to eat a chicken pot pie anymore. You should take it off the menu. Read more
We tried ordering on the app last Saturday because we were traveling through Lebanon and wanted to pick some dinner up. The app... kept timing out and we were already passing through so we changed our minds and drove through. 30 minutes later we open ourphone and the order went through on the app but we had far passed it so we called to let them know. The girl that answered saidshe didn't know how to credit back the account but to call the owner and he would correct it for us. For 2 days we tried to callthe owner with no luck and no calls back. So 2 days later we called the store back and asked to speak with the manager. Welllet's just say the manager should not be in the position she is. Apparently customer service skills must not be required formanagers. We simply told her we could not get ahold of the owner and asked if she could help us either credit our card back orgive us the meal we had ordered but never got. Before we could even finish speaking she rudely said there's nothing she could orwould do and to call corporate. Well let's just say we all know there is more she could have done, like treat customers likehuman beings first of all. We rarely eat here but my boyfriend LOVES their coleslaw (I admit I love it, too!). We ordered 2 meals. One for him and one for... mom. I had a hot dig from the other side of KFC. It took over 15 minutes from the time they took our order until it was ready. There was only one other couple in there at the time and they were eating. The drive thru had a few cars though. After we gethome we see the order was wrong on the side dishes. Not a big deal but when they went to eat their chicken, the pieces were notcooked fully. This seems to happen pretty often. For the price we paid, it was a huge waste of money. I would not recommendordering the chicken from KFC but I do recommend their coleslaw. It is delicious!! Read more
I went there yesterday and order food it cost me $54.52 I ordered the 12 piece meal I asked for mixed they didn?t have dark meat... so I went with white meat when I got up to The window they informed me they didn?t have enough original white meat It will be a20 minutes if I wanted to wait but they had crispy white meat so I said that?s fine you can mix it with original and crispy Ipaid I got home and it was all crispy white meat and it was old meat and tough I will say that I am never going back there againUsed to have really good food I?ve only been back there twice within four years the first time coming back the food was likeaverage and this was the second time I come back and it was absolutely disgusting Read more

KFC in Lebanon did not provide the meal I ordered, they ran out of white meat, they said I will have to wait at least 15 minutes... or I van have all dark meat. I said all dark, and asked them to adjust the price since it cost less. However they did not adjustit correctly, half the sides were missing. Read more
They are over priced and higher than anywhere else. The prices are wrong on the board and the wait times are ridiculous for the... substandard food. Then to top it off employees and management do not get the issue with bait and switch or simple math. Orfacial piercings that cause you to spit when you talk.
