Repeated bad experiences. Pizza?s are almost always undercooked and doughy or overcooked and burnt. Food usually takes 15-30... minutes longer than what the estimate is on the app. If you are thinking little Cesar?s I?d recommend the store in Albany. Read more
They consistently close earlier than their posted time, and rarely have any of the "hot and ready" pizzas hot and ready. We... don't eat here often, but there are the times that you just need to get something quick, and unfortunately, this Little Caesar'sjust doesn't deliver on that front. If given any other option, I will choose another pizza place simple because of the multipletimes I've tried to swing by for what the promise just to be disappointed and end up going somewhere else instead. Staff seemstypically unenthusiastic to be there and generally is a little annoyed that you would have the audacity to drive up to thedrive-thru window. The quality of the pizzas I have gotten seem to be consistent with that of other Little Caesers, and I can'tcomplain about the actual product when you can get it. It's just too much of a hassle to get a run-of-the-mill pizza. There arebetter options if you have to wait anyway. Read more

What has happened to Little Ceasers? Ordered 2 Pizzas and 2 orders breadsticks. One pizza not done, the other one hard as a rock... and cold along with cold Breadsticks. If I had not already drove home with all the grandkids I would have went back and demandeda refund. Soo disappointed, I use to love little Ceasars. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Absolutely DISGUSTING !!! Customer service was TERRIBLE. The wait was supposed to be 10 mins but this heavy ginger man was... trying to have a conversation with me and wasted 30 mins of MY time just for a stupid 8 dollar pizza. He wanted my number andwouldn?t leave me alone. On top of that, I got my pizza burnt, flat, and nasty. I didn?t bother to asked for a new one becausethis creep freaked me out. Everything you would expect out of a fast-food pizza joint. Excellent late-night munchie food. Super fast service.. obviously... not the best pizza in the world but it gets the job done. Because I am homeless right now from loss of my job as in home care giver for my brother, due to an amputation he is still... rehabbing and will be home soon. Lebanon, Oregon has basically wagged a war on all the homeless people in this small town.Businesses are rude, hostile, disrespectful, will not refund your money back or offer any compensation for not only one pizzabut two horrible deliberately made pizzas. Second pizzas deliberately made worst than the first one. Oh!!! the reason statedfrom one employee was that they have had money issues because employees had been stealing. The manager or owner still has yet tocall me. All Though,,, Little Caesars Corporation has called me.
