I used DoorDash for my order again tonight. My order was missing half of my items. They neglected to include fries?.seriously,... that?s the most important part. Placed a second order to get the items missed the first time. Surprise, missing one of the sameitems again. They are always forgetting something, no napkins and it?s like the lottery when waiting to see if the fries arefresh. Read more
Seriously didn't even want to give it a star. We went to get on the fad train and try out the adult happy meals and was told... they don't have them. We asked if they have chicken nuggets that was the meal we wanted. They told us they have the 10 piecemeal, which is what I thought the adult happy meal was but with the box and toy. Completely understand if they were out of thetoys but they said they were out of the meals themselves. We ordered the 6 piece nugget each and asked to make them both a meal.Medium size. We said we wanted a coke and sprite when the guy asked what to drink. We weren't able to read our whole order onthe screen which advertised the adult happy meal no where did it say they were out. We get our order and after we left drivethru we see that we got 2 sprites one was wobbling it was a small sprite cup filled with my sprite and put in to a medium cup.We said whatever to the drinks we will drink them I reach in the bag to get our straws and saw our fries were not in there. Absolutely miserable woman couldn't handle having to fix an order that they got wrong despite clear instructions and decided to... YELL at me as I walked out the door. Do NOT waste your time or money at this location, Albany is worth the drive. Read more
We ordered at drive thru: 2 ice cream cones - then paid at first window. At next window we were handed 2 small cups of soft... serve ice cream with an upside down ice cream cone pushed into the soft ice cream. Apparently the ice cream was not frozenenough for a traditional cone. Maybe a better option would be to tell customers that the ice cream equipment is not currentlyworking (as we?ve been told in the past when ordering frappes)? Read more
Went to McDonald's to get a double quarter pounder with cheese around 8 tonight, didn't feel like cooking. Food was fresh, hot... and ready. The employees are so friendly and generous. The final straw. No more will I waste my money on sub-par fast food, I can't count the number of times I've asked for fresh... fries and gotten re-dipped fries or EVEN WORSE the top layer is fresh and the rest are old as hell, that is literally just beingspiteful for asking for fresh fries. I can get over that and I've dealt with it so much that I just expect it... but when I pay$6 for a burger I could expect maybe you get it wrong, but leaving on the wax paper attached to one of the burger patties andserving it up like nothing is wrong, it's very obvious, there is no way somebody didn't see this, id almost say it wasintentional but I'm just mad to be honest. I'm good, ill go elsewhere from now on. After biting into this masterpiece I thinkI'll contact corporate, train your employees and stop being spiteful towards customers! Read more
I am not sure what happened tonight, but i ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so gross. It was like... biting into a literal piece of rubber, like those rubber bouncy balls. I couldn't finish it after the first bite. The rest of ofour order was good and complete. Read more
