I go in to get lunch and I order a pizza. She tells me that she never has made one before and she was told by her manager that... no one orders them so she'll teach her later. She calls her manager to ask her how to make one after already pulling the pizzaout of the fridge. The manager straight up told her to tell me that they were out. I don't blame the associate but the managerthere is promoting lying to the customer and clearly has no training skills by putting those associates in the position tothose type of things. Ordered a salad. They put the whole slices of tomatoe on and did not cut it up. Really how am I supposed to eat that with my... plastic fork? This Lebanon store always has dirty tables. I am the only person in the restaurant and had to pass 5 tables tofind one that didn't look dirty. This is why I do not come to this location. I thought after 2 years mabybe they had improved.Obviously not. Sorry Lebanon store I won't be back. Read more

After shopping at Walmart I decided to grab a footling subway to take home for dinner. There was a couple ahead of me ordering... pizzas. The male had a Walmart vest on, he obviously works at Walmart. There was 1 girl working. She seemed to be friends withthe couple because she spent a great deal of time running around getting special things for them and building a gigantic pizzafor each of them..giving them extra sauces and basically chit-chatting. I stood there for almost 20 minutes and it appeared iwould not get waited on any time soon so I left. Why sell labor intensive pizzas and only have 1 person "working". This girl wasclearly more interested in her friends than her customers. I will not go back to this Subway. Read more

Employee was great, however the owner needs to hire enough people to have at least two employees on staff. After waiting 20... minutes for our turn we were told we would have to continue to wait until the DoorDash orders were completed. Again this is onthe owner/manager not the employee. It was not fair for her to be put in this position. Read more

There are a bunch of flies everywhere. At least the sandwich artist covered my sandwich with a napkin while waiting for the... toaster. But had flies landing all over myself and my daughter's food while trying to eat in the dining area. I only give threestars because it's obviously not the workers fault and my sandwich was still good even with a little extra protein ???? Read more

Over a week ago I was double charged for a footlong sub sandwich.Before they even started my on line order i brought it to their... attention.I was told by a manager my card would would receive a refund.now about 9 days later still no refund.I have calledseveral times to hear an apology and to be assured "just another day or two".Is this the subway way? Food is always good but today the sandwich artist (Sativa) was either having a bad day or doeant like her job. She never... welcomed anyone was rude didnt ask the normal question that you would ask when making a sandwich at subway. At least pretend tobe happy instead of rolling eyes when guest ask for sauce on thier sandwich or want extra veggies if there is a change theninform dont be rude.. Read more

On 7/29/17 we ate at this subway in Wal-Mart at 3:00pm the lady working was very pushy. Every time we said a ingredient to add... she replied back is this all after every thing including after meat and cheese. She didn't seem to even want to be making ourfood. She was also very annoyed with my 2 year old being fussy. The bread was really soft but the rest of everything wasflavorless and didn't taste or look fresh. I was very disappointed in the the whole lunch and service. Read more
