Consistently long lines and wait times. When you do get your food after a half hour+....you want to go home. *NOT* dig through... every item in your bag, to make sure it's made correctly. Multiple times at this location in the last several months we'veordered $25 worth of food. Waited 30mins+ for that food(most of which was Taco party packs) made *1* request for the entiremeal, "Please do the entire thing FRESCO(no dairy)". I can't tell you how awesome it is to get home after a long day withhungry and tired kids...spend 45mins at Taco Bell waiting for food, finally get that food.....drive home only to realize theonly person who can eat is you....and they didn't even get your meal correct. Your entire family can't eat anything you bought,and going back to TB, dealing with employee snark and waiting another 30mins+ is out of the question. You just throw it away andgo on with life. "Check the order at the restaurant you say?"... Either you made it right or you didn't. Nobody who went outfor fast food wants to wait 45mins to 1hr for $25 worth of fast food. Tried to make it there in time for breakfast as I live in sweet home. Got there 10 minutes before 11. Dude told me they were out... of eggs.(they didn't want to make more). You are spending quite a bit of money expecting your service to be met. So I ordered 2crunchwraps. He said "do you want extra sour cream and cheese?" Thinking he's offering it for the inconvenience. Nope he triedto charge me. Then everyone got their food before I did. Fast food services are a joke when it comes to meeting customer needs.Fast food is so expensive but they can't meet customer needs and they want pay increase. Read more
The food tastes gross anymore, way smaller sizes on everything and the prices keep going up. They brought back the Mexican pizza... and it was sloppy and not even made right, and didn't taste the same. They have gone way down hill. Where is the pride in foodplaces anymore. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I got a beefy five layer, and a crunch wrap supreme and when I got them, there was... absolutely no meat in them. The crunch wrap was all lettuce tomatoes and cheese. The beefy five was 95% beans and a couplespecks of meat, only decent thing I got was the Baja blast. I'm not going again, Burger King here I come! Food wasn't prepared properly, waited in line for 45 minutes at least, didn't give us our sauces or napkins bor the right order... which was a total bummer deal and with the line they had going we weren't trying to get stuck in it another 45plus minutes.Yall can do better guys! I usually love Taco Bell. That said, this is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Went inside and was ignored. Waited forever... for my order, then they told me they were out of tortillas and could not make soft tacos. Changed to crunchy tacos and theywere very skimpy. Not like the other bells. Not a good impression for the company. Read more
