Cannot use drive through if your getting baskin Robbins
Went to get ice-cream and I was told at 2:30 pm on a Thursday in the drive through that the ice cream isn't available. So when... is it available? According to the door on the business and everything I seen online they were open up until 6 pm. If you don'twant to serve it then get rid of it and stop advertising it. You're wasting everyone's time and giving Baskin-Robbins a badname. Read more
Worst ice cream we've had in years. Strawberry was all ice crystals and no berries. Gummy with a taste that was too long in the... cooler exposed to air. I've had slushies that weren't any icier than this"ice"cream. The cone was so stale it was inedible. Andbest of all at a price that doubles other quality brands. Read more
Just called today. My 17 year old daughter has attempted to bring home smoothies from this location. However, I was just... informed that the drive thru is "too busy" for smoothies (ANY time you order them ) & they will direct you INSIDE for these typeof orders. Also was advised the "hours" are wrong too. According to my call, the Baskin menu is only available after 11am ornoon until approximately 6pm. I understand COVID. However, if you can prepare all the Dunkin items for drive through, aSmoothie shouldn't be SO time consuming it's unavailable for drive thru. Just say your Baskin is temporarily closed. You aregiving Baskin a bad name. Again, we successfully got our 1st Smoothie here about a month ago. No one asked me to come in. Butthey asked my 17 year old to? Fishy. Then, we were excited about the smoothies & attempted at least 2 other times to getsmoothies. Every time it's been my daughter and she's refused to go inside, so this location is LOSING SALES because of how muchharder a smoothie is to prepare. Bottom line. Great location for Dunkin and should should stick with that. Read more
I ordered an ice cream cake from them and paid extra for a picture. I got a call saying they couldn't do the picture (which was... an extra 8 dollars). I went through with it anyway. Upon pick up day, they were closed. I had no way of contacting them otherthan the managers personal phone number which I was desperate enough to call. When I asked for my 8 dollars back, they said themanager would call me (he never did). They were very rude and did not help the situation at all. Do not buy cakes from them. Read more
I liked this place. I bought a butter pecan and peanut butter shake and a dry apple fritter. The lobby was very clean and... spacious. The gentlemen attended to me right away as expected. The only thing that would make this visit better was the moisturein the dry apple fritter. Other than that, the experience was good. Read more
No wonder this is Lebanon, PA most popular ice cream place! Even though there?s a line, it moves quickly. We tried a few flavors... before deciding and chose the almond honey, socielite (dark chocolate and pecans) and pistachio. We ate it in a park nearby.Delicious! They also have sandwiches for lunch.
