This is not my only bad experience with this Dunkin but the most frustrating one was the time I had to give my order twice and... then they didn?t even get it right and they tried to charge me for it twice. This is definitely not worth your time, because ittakes so long, for the money. Read more
Constantly out of stock-not just featured items. Waited 20 mins in line the last time I was there for an iced latte.......got to... the window and was told they have no medium cup lids, no large cups at all, no vanilla syrup, no caramel syrup, no oatmilk oralmond milk. none of the featured cornbread donuts, no meats at all (I was willing to take bacon, sausage, or even turkey baconbut they literally had NO MEATS). Since I have to have a dairy free option which they could not offer and not meats, I wound upleaving. Waste of time but what's upsetting is this is a frequent occurance at this location. They don't bother to put anysignage up to say what they are out of. I've stopped going there altogether now. Read more
Waited in a long line. Ordered my drinks and was then told they were out of both small and medium lids, as well as Large cups.... We left. This place is never stocked properly Read more
This place is an absolute joke, they constantly run out of cups or lids or have excuses do yourself a favor and skip this one!!... very poor inventory management and management in general. It's a shame, the workers are nice. Read more
It happened to me twice ordering food from here and getting something totally different then what I asked for and paid for.... Usually when I do come by thru the drive thru I?m in a rush. So I don?t always look at my food. I tried to call to let them knowand number to the store doesn?t work. Read more
Not worth the price. Strawberry popping bubbles but they taste like cardboard and a small amount you can see in the picture for... a large cup that's all you get... Strawberry lemonade and there's no strawberry flavor. Just lemonade. Straws are not made forthese lids. The place is a mess inside. They washed the windows but didn't clean the floors or take trash out?! Priority seemsto look good on the outside. Read more
We went around noon on a Sunday. It wasn't very busy in the store. Lots of staff to help out. Even though it was slow they were... all still really accommodating and not just doing their own thing and sitting around. Janessa was awesome and made a specialdrink for me based on what exactly I wanted. Which was above and beyond what they needed to do. The food was good and warm, thecoffee was brewed fresh just brewed especially for us because it was that slow. We are not used to Dunkin Donuts because we arenot from the East Coast but we always heard good things. We were very satisfied with this one. Read more
Over the past year, every time I order from here my order has been completely wrong, each and every time. Doesn't matter whether... I did drive through or ordered online, I've not had a right order from this location in a very long time. Read more
