Always great service....I use Heisey's for hot buffet catering. They are incredible... set everything up in hot trays. They put... the table cloths down, provide baskets for tableware, rolls and butter. Food is wonderful and they come on the dot and cleaneverything up. Price very reasonable. I came here yesterday for the first time. I walked in I guess what was the back and didn't know whether I could just sit... somewhere or needed to be seated. I went to the first "eating room" I saw and there waited for a waitress who told me to eithersit in the "Blue Room" or the front. I then walked through and area next to the kitchen to a small room which I presumed wassaid Blue Room because it was so blue, but it was so small I felt claustrophobic. Then I asked someone how to get to the frontand they told me to walk through what looked like a closet door. This brought me to the front. Then I sat down and was given amenu. The menus look old and the breakfast menu is all the way on the back. The waitress asked me what I wanted to drink and Iordered a Pepsi, even though the menu says Coke products. Then I order a bacon cheese burger, fries and 2 chicken wings. Theburger looked like something I would get from McDonald's. It didn't seem like good quality either. To the point where I didn'teat it. The wings tasted like the oil needed to be changed (my husband is a trained cook and runs a kitchen, so I know aboutthis). Then when I was leaving. I slid out of the booth and my leggings got caught in a nail that was hanging out and it rippedmy pants. Then when I told the waitress who was waiting on me she said "Well I haven't been up here for a while". The lady whochecked me out said "oh" and shrugged. Heisey's catered out rehearsal dinner for our wedding and they went above and beyond to make our night special. Not only was the... food amazing (pulled pork, assorted meats for sandwiches, coleslaw, veggies, meat and cheese tray, etc.) but the service andtheir friendliness was second to none. They catered our work Christmas party with short notice after our original caterer booked fell through! Food was amazing!... Desserts were heavenly! The staff that came were incredible, friendly, and very friendly. I'm new to the area so after that Iwent with a friend to the actual dinner for breakfast. AMAZING! They were super busy but the waitress was very kind, veryhelpful with the menu, and my food was on point. Prices are affordable!! My favorite local place now just for comfort food!! Read more

We passed this diner several times as we pick up our granddaughter in Lebanon and we decided to stop today for dinner. We both... started with coffee that was delivered in a retro corky mug. I ordered the half a chicken dinner that included dinner rolls,soup salad dinner and dessert at an awesome price. Food was delivered hot and promptly. My wife had the haddock which includedtwo huge pieces and two sides. The diner itself looks retro and worth the stop. We dined in a side room which was okay andthere is also a large dining room in the rear. I would definitely recommend the diner for both price, quality and quantity offood. Read more
