If I could put no stars I would. That was the worst restaurant i have ever seen in my entire life. The place was absolutely... disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. If I could give a minus, I would. This had to be the worst KFC I've ever been to. We went through the drive thru. 40 bucks, 12... PC family meal. Ordered crispy. We were told they were running low on crispy, but could do half and half, (crispy, original) ok.Drove all the way back to pine grove, low and behold, all original. The chicken was the driest I've ever had. The corn was hard.Needless to say, KFC is no longer a staple. Sad really. Read more
We went through the drive thru, and surprisingly our meals were perfectly cooked, nothing missing, and was through in minutes.... Definitely better food there then the Popeyes down the road! Read more
Today they got the order right. KFC might need help with people I was waiting in the drive thru and the person in front was... waiting for someone to take her order, it took about 7minutes for someone to respond. Ordered the fries ???? and it's bomb!Large fries is the way to go! Read more
I did a side-by-side comparison with the Popeyes chicken sandwich and the KFC chicken sandwich. They are so close in quality and... taste that I have to say I'm pleased that KFC has come out with this chicken sandwich. Two thumbs up! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Did an online order, pops up online that it's done. Came in to get it, it's not ready. No one... up at the front counter to help cause they are all in the back while 2 girls are working. Got one person in the back cursingloudly over what people ordered. Then the girl that should've been in the front, sees a line of people continues to walk pastthem, doesn't say nothing. Then comes out a few minutes later with an attitude. Told her I'd ordered online, and she gives me adirty look while tapping through to find my order. Then prints it out and tells them to start making it. At this point...themeal that was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes is still not even prepared 45 mins later. I get if they were short staffed, theyare not. They just got people getting paid to gossip with eachother while only 2 other people were actually working. Someonecomes in after me does a bigger order than mine and still got theirs as I stood there waiting. No convenient online orderinghere. They need some training from your Pottsville PA location...where they actually do their jobs and get the orders done. Read more
