So let me start off by saying the food is very good. We order alot from here the reason behind the rating is because the order... time is ridiculous. We can order a hour in advance and we are still waiting upon arriving. Update. The service is gettingterribly worse. We recently ordered and they said 20 minutes well that turned in to 2 hrs of waiting on food. This at one timewas one of my favorite restaurants where we would come atleast once a week. Used to eat at this place all the time. They're refusing to open for dine in.... they're basically throwing all of their money... to Pho Yummy next door. Sushi is something that tastes better at a restaurant not to be taken home. Read more
While I thought they were super speedy, I thought the food was very bland. I ordered sushi and it was the most flavorless sushi... I ever tasted. I remember a few years ago I stopped in here for hibachi and I loved it, but I don’t recommend sushi. Read more
Love love love their food but their hours suck… ever since COVID you can only do take out which is very disappointing. No more... Hibachi Entertainment … And they only open after 4:30 except for one day out of the week where they are open a few hoursduring the day… I used to love swinging by for much but it’s impossible to do so any more. Their food is AMAZING and it’sa bit pricey but sooooo worth it… however, the hours are not doing their business any favors. Read more
The food is amazing! Personally, their customer service skills are awful. My husband and I ordered food at 6oclock. They said an... hour wait, it is now 830 and we just got our food. I asked for a refund and his answer was “I will cancel the order and refundyour card” the food was in his hand ready to hand us, so he was willing to waste $60 worth of food OR give us a ten dollarcertificate. To me that is just ridiculous over 2 hours waiting for food and the best you got is here’s a ten dollar coupon. Iwill not be back, at least for a while.
