My wife and I stopped in here for lunch. The place was not buisy, the waitress took our drink order and brought some out but... forgot one. We had to remind her 15 minutes later when she finally brought our soup and salad. By this time my drink was emptyand I sat the last 30 minutes without a drink. She never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. The foodwas okay, and I know finding people to work is hard. I mostly always leave 20% but this time she got around 5%, and I'm sorry tothe people who have to split this. Read more
We chose to eat at Longhorn since we haven't eaten at one in a while. Very quiet and not busy atmosphere for lunch ish dinner.... Our server was really nice and attentive in the beginning. She brought our food out and then we hadn't seen her for a bit. Weordered a kids cheeseburger meal and all kids burgers come well done, the burger was far from well done and the bun wassaturated in blood. The server did see the burger once I cut into it and had the kitchen remake it. We had to ask for refills onour drinks. My husband's fries were so salty he tried wiping some of the salt off. One the way out of the restaurant my husbandover heard other employees talking about how they were gonna try and get another employee fired because they did like them. I stopped in there today with my daughter and the waitress was pleasant. The parmesan crusted chicken I ordered was great. My... only complaint is the dinner napkin still looked dirty and some of the silverware still had dried food on them. Yuck. Read more

Originally gave a 1 star review,due to the customer service issue below. Ordered placed online at 6:20 pm and order was to be... ready at 7:10. Hit submit and now order is to be ready at 7:50. Went to pick up the order at 7:50 only to be told at 8:03 thatthey are making it now. Order finally done at. Asked to speak to a manager and women said she was the manager and could notprovide an explanation as to why this took so ling instead got all defensive and accused me of yelling at her which I mustcertainly did not. I don't understand why it takes 2 hours to get your food when you order take out when even with a current 30minute wait inside I would have gotten my food in a much sooner time. Did not appreciate the attitude of someone who is to be aleader/manager or the 2 hours it took to get our food for take out. There are many other businesses who have good food withbetter attitudes and less wait times that we will be visiting next time. Dont go here unless you want to be accused of yellingand wait 2 hours for your food. Finally got our food at 8:13pm. Manager Jocelyn followed up with me and my review.
