Our college group of 7 has been meeting on the deck twice a year for the past 3 years. The staff is so accommodating to us. My husband and I have been here often and we are never disappointed!!!! The staff, whether you're dining inside or out on the... deck, are very efficient and personable. They have some of the best bartenders in the area. This is one of my favorite placesto stop when we're out on the bike. Read more
We went there for the first time and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We got the chicken parmigiana, rack of ribs, and... cheesesteak and it was all fantastic. The fries and coleslaw were awesome as well. For dessert we shared a piece of chocolatecake with peanut butter icing. Great Bloody Mary's,I add horseradish and Old Bay. Also, the Ed McBain is amazing.
We stopped here for dinner and it was a great experience. The service was good and she was very pleasant. The food was good and... we were in and out if there.I ordered a cheesesteak which was very good. It wasn’t salty and it was on a good roll. We orderedcheese curds for an appetizer which was a winner. The bathroom was accessible and clean. I was able to navigate with my canewithout a problem. I will definitely return here. Read more
Stopped in for a bite late Sunday afternoon before getting on the Turnpike. We were able to be seated right away, the tavern... has quite a bit of charm. The menu has plenty on it for everyone, the wait staff were very friendly. I had the chili which wasvery good but the chili itself was only like warm. I also had the chicken quesadilla which were fine. Our waitress was great,very attentive to us. We would definitely eat here again. Read more
I really liked this restaurant, we weren't local and managed to just stop here. They were very busy and the atmosphere was like... restaurant/bar. Their menu has a variety of nice food. Wasn't too expensive. Server was excellent. Another Friday night dinnerwhere there wasn't a wait. The parking situation however is a nightmare. Be a little early to get parking. Read more
Ordered the flat iron steak ($20) and the chicken salad with avocado($17) . As you can see the steak was the size of my finger... and so tough I have no idea what cut of beef it was. As for the salad, I couldn’t have been more disappointed for something sosimple. The salad was unimpressive with chicken the was dry and almost inedible. The cheese curds ($13) were ok but honestly theones at Hersheypark for half the price are better than these. I don’t know what has happened to this place but I can tell youit’s not worth the money….beyond disappointing. Read more
