The Lebanon, PA Sheetz is by far superior to the "new" rutters off cumberland street. Sheetz has MUCH better gas pricing,... TREMENDOUSLY better customer service and their warm food is ALWAYS warm through and through, NEVER cold just to get you out thedoor. Sheetz does right by their customers and I'll go out of my way to go to Sheetz instead of the Lebanon rutters. Keep up thegreat work Sheetz team members! Read more
Usually decent service. Seems like they are struggling to keep good staff but that's how many places are.
Who knew Sheetz had a huge salad. Very impressed,fresh and tasty.
The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly, the hotdog (my favorite) was dry & leathery. The fries (which are... usually very good) was soft, with a lot of black tipped broken pieces. Please improve your food quality, not just write aboutit. Read more
MTO employees, awesome. Food, excellent. Customer service at the cash register, pathetic. I was the only person in line waiting.... The cashier was too busy cleaning the floor. No manager to be found. Food was ready before I paid for it. Waited about 10minutes. If MTO would not have been closed in Palmyra, never would have stopped here. Never coming back. So, to start off, I sadly didnt see the name tags of the people. But anyways, when I went to the register, the man that rung me... out was very nice. He also helped me understand the Sheetz Rewards card, therefore I now have one. Next, after i had left, therewas something wrong with my drink that I had bought (the ones they blend in store). So I came back in and the second woman mydad and I talked to was very nice and happily remade our drink. This place is an awesome gas station, in fact, maybe even myfavorite. I'd fully recommend going here. The employees are great. And their made to order food is just as good. Read more
This place is a disgrace. The staff are very disrespectful. I ordered a sandwich and when it came out it was nothing but bread.... When I explained to the girl working there (her name was audi or outi how ever you spell it) she went to the back and proceededto "mock" what I told her with two other employees. When I asked to speak to the store manager the manager walked right past meand started serving food. They don't care about respect and customer service at all! I?ve been to Sheetz all over the state and this is hands down one of the cleanest most well run I have been to. Ordered food... this afternoon during the lunch time rush and got my order in 5 mins. Also the staff was friendly and courteous. Read more
