It had been quite a while since I visited (2020), and the atmosphere is totally different. Having to order from a Kiosk when... dining-in and not finding a deal that was advertised (and brought you there) can be very frustrating. My daughter and I wouldnormally dine-in and just talk, being able to refill drinks and converse with those around when not in a rush to be anywhere.However, nowadays, the dining area is almost always deserted and not being able to order from a person face to face (and askquestions) perturbs me. Man, I love Taco Bell. Only reason they salvage 2 stars. This location is awful, however. Immature 20-something employees with... the attitudes of 15 year olds. Food usually missing or incorrect. First of all, I couldn't order face to face with a person on a register. We were told we had to do the self order. I was looking... for the $10 box I heard about on the internet and the $7 box. It wasn't available on the self order and no one was willing tohelp me. With people going constantly in and out of the drive-thru there were maybe three of us inside with an order. I had towait about 20 minutes to get my order. I'm not complaining cuz I really didn't have any plans for the rest of the day since itwas raining very hard and I can be entertained by their free Wi-Fi. Before the pandemic I know I would wait a maximum of 8minutes. This is more than a year and a half into the pandemic and I believe they only had a staff of three and they werelooking for more pity from us than answering our questions. my favorite is the soft potato taco without chipotle but last time i went i ordered 3 potato tacos and instead when i got home i... had 1 like burrito with weird fries with spicy chips and spicy sauce and 2 beef tacos with spicy sauce and some weird stuff. imean you can mess it up but how that bad and i had someone pick it up for me and i dont understand how they can miss this as itsprobably a big price difference than 3 potato tacos but they just didint look in the bag and that is pathetic and sometimes itscold but when its right its good. Don't come here looking for good service!! We went in and the girl wouldn't take our order. She said grufly to use the very... grimacing, nasty touchscreen so we just left. Also tried doing a mobile order! After the app said our order was done and readyto pick up, we still had to wait and sit in the very long line and go to the drive up window! Read more
Was missing food items. When I called, the man I spoke to was very helpful. He told me the next time I came in I would get the... full combo that we were shorted. I went in today and first we were told our name was not in the list and we were given a hardtime about getting the food that we were shorted. When we pulled up to the window the girl had a bad attitude and told us thatwe would not be getting a drink with the meal because that?s their policy when replacing missing food. Once we got the food wereceived half of the portion size they usually give. The service here is TERRIBLE. A bunch of Immature kids with no supervision.I WILL NOT go back to this location after multiple times missing food and the first time I decide to call in and say somethingthis is the experience I have. I don't think the staff here could make orders any more wrong if they closed their eyes and thew random food at the bag.... Honestly... missing items, incorrect items, it's as if no one that works there can read. Taco Bell corporate: pay people aliving wage so they actually want to do their jobs properly and I don't waste $40 on food that never makes its way into my bag.Thanks. Read more
