I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes.....I was only the 5th car back to put into perspective just how ridiculous it was to... have waited 45 minutes to get to the window. My daughter and I ordered plates. My burger had a grease soaked bun and my burger was RAW. My fries were old and brown. The Cole... slaw was nothing but cut up cabbage. My daughter ordered Cajun fries and she just had fries with a large glob of seasoningpoured on top. What a waste of money. Read more
Burger is tiny and smelly. Large chili cheese fries portion was kids meal portion and chili tasted old. Hush puppies burned... melted into plastic container. Bad hygiene. Girl cashier was nice but boy who handed me food was rude. Read more
This was my first time trying Cook Out and I was really impressed. This location had a very quick drive thru and great prices. I... got the quesadillas, a corn dog, and slaw and all of them were great. I would definitely suggest this location as it was a greatmeal. Read more
This guy here in the grey shirt was extremely rude and refused to allow me to pay for a large drink ?we don?t do large drinks... sold by their selves? is what I was told . Went through the drive through at 1:30 am. Ordered the Spicy Chicken and the West Burger...the spicy chicken had none of the... condiments on it and the burger had one pickle barely a dab of BBQ sauce and a corner piece of lettuce on it. Unfortunately itis the only place open after work. If you have any other choices skip this place. Read more
This place is a disappointment. They mess up orders all the time. We know the company overall is good, but this location is... garbage. Portion size is awful. This was a double burger and double chili fries in the pictures. I got what should be a singleorder and a squashed burger. This location has been here long enough it should be straightened out from the last time when theygave us nearly raw bacon. At least the bacon is cooked this time, but good grief. My advice? Go for the shakes and get the heckout. Read more
