I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up 10/1 @7pm they texted when they went in oven and were ready by the time I drove from the... fairgrounds to pick up, the gal at drive thru was very friendly and prompt. The pizzas were the best I've had in 20 yrs. We ordered pizza and a salad last night. The delivery driver had only been employed for 2 days. He forgot the salad at Domino?s... and went back and brought it back. We gave him a nice tip. He told me ?Ma?am you do not have to do that?. I told him ?Yes Ido?. He was so humble and thankful. We must encourage our young people who are out trying to earn a living. I always have excellent service on deliveries! I've never had any issues using their app. When one time out of the hundreds I... used the app my order was missing something it was immediately taken care of! Read more
Edited to add: I went to the store and requested a remake in person, which they complied with. I received a call from the... manager a couple of days later and he made things right. Increased to 3 stars. Pizza was not edible. There was literally somuch sauce I couldn't taste the crust or toppings. I called and was told "sorry, that's just how we make it now". I've gottenthis pizza 3-4 times a month for over a year. It's usually delicious and my favorite. Nothing but excuses and no offer to makesomething I could actually eat. Read more
Usually a 5 star experience, only 3 stars this time. The pizza was good, and ready on time. But I used the 50% off coupon for... specialty pizzas and found out it only had 50% as much of the toppings as full price! Don't want to bash this location as I'msure it's what they were instructed to do. But I was really disappointed. Read more
Terrible service. They made a pick up order that was for delivery, then lied and said they would remake it. I get there 10min... later and they literally, hand me the pizza that was up for pick up an hour prior. I told her it was not fresh and my pizzashouldn't be greasy, with yellow cheese (should be white still) nor should the box be sunken in and only hot where it was on theheater of it were fresh. After quite a few orders, figured it was time to finally review. Unfortunately, this place is so inconsistent, but it tends to... lean more towards bad than good. This time was bad. Our pizza boxes arrived almost crushed on one side, and the Coke had nochill to it. The pizza was partly stuck to the crushed box and was cut poorly, an issue we had run into a few times. The onlyreason it isn't 1 star is because the staff is normally pleasant when getting orders. Read more
No Chicken when my wife asked for a parm chicken sandwich and disgratefull she texted me don't order from them anymore!
