I have been here 5 times and disappointed each time. Staff has no communication skills. You come in and they don?t say hi, how... may I help you, you ready to order. Just a blank stare at you and waiting for you to start the conversation. Twice they only hadthe drive thru open. Order online, asked for extra mayo and nothing, didn?t mark the sandwich with name per request and a simplecutting of sandwich in half per request couldn?t even be completed. Will drive to another Jimmy John?s before I go back to thisone. Oh and they charged me an extra $24 over what the charge actually was (credit card company refunded me back as I had thereceipt to showing what the charge really was). I think I will try Jersey Mikes down the road to see if I get better service andnot charged extra. Read more

I decided I wanted to grab dinner for my family! $34 was my total okay cool! At the window I give them a small tip?.(i dont... typicially tip in a drive thru) About an hour or so later I get a call from a ?manager? asking If I gave a tip? Only for him toreveal they took more money then I put down. He said ?if you see the charge just call me back? When I told the ?manager? Iwanted a refund for the stolen money he got distant from the phone said ?ok? & hung up the phone! WHO DOES THAT? That is FRAUD &Theft!! I worked for Jimmy Johns for 5 years at multiple different locations & if anyone did anything remotely close to this ?the owner would flip. I will NEVER go back to this Jimmy Johns ever again? & thats truly sad. Read more
My experience today was great! Jason the manager, helped me sign up for the rewards program and I tried the new wrap! Delicious!
Absolutely amazing!!! We had the flu in my household and we hasn?t eaten in a few days based on our fever being high. We were... both starving and didn?t want to go out and infect people. We ordered jimmy johns and they delivered to our door and left it atthe door and rang the doorbell. The sandwiches were so good that we ate the second halves the next day for leftovers. Second time I have ordered from this shop. Ordered through door dash and it usually pretty quick. Any other jimmy johns... franchise is super fast, quick, and friendly. I called to cancel my order because it was going to take a long period of time dueto only having one delivery driver. If you have that much volume you would think you?d hire or schedule a few more drivers on abusy Sunday. The young lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me after she told me my order would be refunded in24hrs. Didn?t get any apology or anything. Piss poor customer service. Read more
