Twenty minutes to get to small sandwiches and two small, very small cups of chili. The tea is really good.... The sandwiches are... average McAlister's club is very small... Average taste. The ham and cheese was extremely small for a half. Very little meat,but it tasted good for what was there. The chili is heartburn in a cup. The tea was really good. The price for all of that was$35.39. drive just 15 minutes west to Mount Juliet and eat at Jason's Deli. The food is fresh, the salad bar is excellent, thesandwiches are definitely worth the money, the tea is great and you get free ice cream! Read more
As you can see in the photo, most tables were dirty and needed the mess removed from previous customers. I had to clean my own... table if I wanted to sit. I waited 44 minutes after ordering my food before I decided to get a refund and leave. The manager wasunapologetic and rude. I understand places are short staffed but I watched her stand behind the register doing nothing for themajority of the 44 minutes I waited. She was yelling at her staff to pick it up yet she was not helping at all. Also, in this 44minute period that I was waiting, I listened to about 5 other customers go through it with this manager and she was rude to eachand every one. I?m not huge on writing bad reviews but this sort of management and customer service will dig this place straightinto the ground. I was there at 8/2 at 7:00pm. I have been to mcalisters in Memphis, Southhaven, Olive Branch and now Lebanon! I always always get the same thing. I enjoy... immensely the veggie sandwich without cukes add extra extra onions and the horseradish sauce. I normally don't do potato salad,but enjoy theirs. Stephie got a Caesar chicken wrap. It was nice to get there in between the crowds this time and I ateeverything as always, especially the pickle! Read more

Where to start. My stepfather loved this place as he travels alot being a captain for Southwest Airlines, so he was quick to... visit here when they opened and food and service was cold. He won?t return but I?m forgiving and have been there a bunch. I willNEVER go there again after my last visit. It would take a couple paragraphs to explain my experiences. I will say they messed upso many many times to where I had to pay extra to get what I wanted and one meal and sec choice for another meal were cold bythe time I finally got home. From 5.55 pickup to several trips I made it back at 8pm. The many mistakes isn?t the worst, it washow I was treated like it was my fault. I called and no follow up. I rarely complain but this was a horrific experience. Goodattitude and apologies for their mistakes and I would still be a loyal customer. You?ve lost two prominent families from Lebanondue to your unkindness. Read more
The food was good, But every single item cost way too much. To pay 3.69 for a coke is unbelievable. To pay 2.99 for tea that... tasted terrible and 75. For a shot of peach for the tea I could not even drink. The bread was hard.If you order back you willget two pieces broken up for the price of 1.75. My mom got a salad paid for extra ranch but didn't get any ranch at all. Thefood the quality of the food and the service we received for the price just did not add up. Yes everything is expensive but topay ten dollars for three drinks that partly did not get to drink. And we did not get everything we paid for is justunacceptable.. not sure if I will return. If I'm going to pay 50$ for two sandwiches a potato and a side salad and three drinksit will not be there! Read more
Great new eatery in Lebanon, TN. If you've never eaten at McAlisters Deli, it's a modified counter service - order at counter,... they bring it to you and clean up real dishes. They will even refill your drinks. Plenty of outside dining too, althoughsituated near pick up window. Sweet tea is amazing! Read more
After placing my online order.....then driving the 15 minutes (exactly how long it stated imy order would take) I waited another... 30 minutes before calling the phone number to get someone's attention. Note: one kid did attempt to help me after calling outseveral togo names and recognizing that I was still waiting. I say he attempted to help me because he asked the name on myorder....then disappeared. 10 minutes after that. I finally called.....three times (they didn't answer the first two). When Idescribed my order, the woman on the phone said it was in the drive-thru window. I specifically choose 'inside pick up' when Iplaced the order. The woman that handed me the food was one of the many that walked past me several times while I waitedcompletely ignoring me. After another 15 minute drive and getting home, we opened up the soup we ordered....yes 45+ minutes forSOUP....to find the soup bowls were half full. The cup of chili and bowl of tortilla soup were the same amount of food. Whatyou see in the photo is the entire amount of food we received for $27. Don't even bother going. Read more
