DO NOT USE FOR CATERING. After being a regular customer to here for quite some time and deciding to use them for our wedding, me... and my wife will no longer be giving our business to this restaurant. DO NOT USE MR. PANCHOS for catering. Very unprofessional.To start off a week before our wedding the price almost doubled what it was before; A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. They did not showup on time for cocktail hour to serve hors doeurves and only brought chicken when we PAID for steak and chicken. They didn?tbring their staff to serve like they told us they would and did not bring warmers for the food after we specifically asked themif we needed to bring them(they told us they had everything). They also made the staff of the venue serve the food and all theywanted and were worried about was their check. We reached out after the wedding about the issues and nobody responded to us ofcourse. Overall very unprofessional and terrible service for how much we paid. Also very dissatisfied that their Facebook pageforces you to ?recommend? when I clearly do not recommend. Read more
Me and my wife went and we got seated pretty quickly. Upon getting seated we waited and waited for someone to come get us... drinks. Nobody came, unfortunately we was excited to try pacho. We will not be returning. Poor service ??????????? Read more
Food was good, sat on patio, server a lil slow, all in all good experience
I love this place. Food is good, staff is nice, and manager always comes around asking if everything is ok. Prices are... reasonable and their chips and salsa are the best! Read more
I went in the early afternoon. Decor was alright. Needed to be cleaned a bit better. I sat at the bar as I didn't have a lot of... time. Sticky. The people were nice, didn't speak much English, I speak little Spanish, a bit hard to communicate. I didn't getwhat I ordered, but it was very tasty. The sangria wasn't very good. We eat here rather often but today must have been a bad day all around. Salsa was gross, chips were stale. The bar was empty... or the food was dried out. The kids would not eat because the shells were hard. I am just truly disappointed. I just paid $60for low rate food and service. It took near a half hour to get my ticket so we could leave. Read more
Delicious. Excellent chili verde. Extremely attentive staff - our drinks never ran dry. Restaurant was clean, atmosphere was... friendly and inviting. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Read more
Food was great! Service not so good. I guess when you have water, which is free, it means you're not worth the effort to provide... refills. Plus our waiter had a bit of an attitude. But the Spinach wrapped in flour tortilla, smothered in cheese sauce, with aside of rice and refried beams, was pretty good. Read more
