We visited this Outback after traveling from out of town. We were so impressed with the service Jill provided. Considering every... where is running under limited staffing conditions, Jill?s service to our table did not waiver considering how busy it was for aFriday night. Outback used to be great food, great service, don't know what happened. Under new management? Definitely won't be going back to... the lebanon location. Spent almost $100 tonight (online it said $76.22 then my bank statement showed $91.46 so not sure, whichis concerning) got half cold food out the door curbside, burnt soggy Blooming onion i couldn't even stomach, soggy salad,overcooked shrimp, undercooked steak, 5 shriveled up chicken fingers instead of 6, ordered loaded mashed potatoes got regularmashed potatoes and a side cup of shredded cheese. Best thing about the food was the mac and cheese. I need a refundimmediately, not worth the money!! Read more
I have ordered from them various times and not once have they ever gotten my order right. And food to go is just awful. Well... done steak that was supposed to be Medium and shrimp that felt and tasted they were sitting on the grill for 4 days pictured. Dobetter! Read more
Rating: Kudos. I went back again the next night with a friend from work. I ordered the prime rib with 2 sides (broccoli and a... loaded baked potato) and the Aussie as my drink. Everything was at the right temperature, they tasted great, and our server wastop notch! Read more

I like Outback and looked forward to this. Service was great. My filet was a perfect medium rare. Mashed potatoes and the... broccoli I ordered are always good. My wife's filet was medium (not med rare as ordered) so she was not quite as delighted asshe felt it was a bit dry. The server and the managing partner offered to replace her steak but she ate most of it. This washandled very well and they gave her a discount. She wouldn't have mentioned it but she hesitated when the server asked how itwas. We were very satisfied overall as usual. We tipped well of course. Nice place. I recommend it. We were shocked when we saw the number of cars! They were slammed, even for a Saturday night. It was my birthday dinner and I... have to say it was a wonderful experience! The food was great, well worth the wait. I'm sorry I didn't get our server's namebecause she was fantastic (it was her 1st day waiting tables on her own). We made sure she was well-compensated. Pretty decent food, but attention to services was definitely lacking a little bit. I ordered an 8oz steak with shrimp, and I... didn't get any shrimp with it at first. I also ordered the steak medium, but received medium rare (It wasn't too big of a dealtho). Overall besides that, everything was good and our waitress came by often. I will be returning sometime, and I'll updatethis if anything changes. Also, the lights at the tables are killer on short people who can see past the lampshades. Read more
