Everyone was nice and helpful; supervisor took care of the mishaps on my order. They were pretty obviously slammed so it's time... for corporate to get some help hired. Order was incorrect on a couple points but, they're hanging on to the workload so, I getit. We'll be back :) Read more

Food was almost room temperature, they forgot an order of wings and the app and website for online ordering were terrible.

I ordered the curbside delivery. The Detroit Style pizza is pretty good and the order was on time.

Actually this was better than I thought. I haven't had pizza hut in a long time. I got the pasta and it was delicious

Great staff. Had an issue with toppind and online ordering, but they helped get it fixed ASAP. Also really helpful when called... before asking about deals. Read more

Had a bad experience one time before about a month ago. I am glad to review a 5* experience this time around. Although I had a... bad experience with the last visit, the area manager reached out via email in a fast manner and was very apologetic and replacedmy order for next visit. I just left the pizza hut and glad to say that 100% better experience. Thanks pizza hut:) Read more

Firstly things first, this is not a sit down location, only carryout and delivery. I knew this ahead of time but it's a fair... warning for anyone who was thinking of getting table service. Now for the review: We are outside of their delivery so had tocall the order on. Nobody answered when we called so we were routed to a call center. This was horrible in that they had to lookup the location I wanted to pickup, it took the representative several attempts to get the order which is not the location'sfault specifically. I showed up, pizza wasn't ready, not a big deal since I was 5 minutes early and went to pay for the order However, my bill was incorrect as the representative didn't order it correctly. Again, not this location's fault specifically,but it adds insult to injury. I got the bill corrected and was told that my order would be ready "shortly". Little did I knowthat "shortly" meant an additional 35 minutes while she only showed up back at the counter 2 other times very briefly the entiretime. Finally got my order, and they messed up one of the pizzas but I was not waiting around for another one! The person atthe counter was nice but stated several times she was the only one cooking and working the register on addition to the twodelivery drivers. But one person to cook all of the pizzas and be responsible for the counter? Ridiculous. Especially as thephone rang non-stop the entire time I was there along with people walking in looking to place orders. The place seemedgenerally clean, lone employee was friendly and apologetic not sitting there for an additional 35 minutes waiting for my food.I'll go to a different location next time. Read more
