Have purchased meat from them 4 or 5 times however today they have sold me rotten meat for the SECOND time. Baby back ribs the... first time, lamb chops the second. I understand everyone makes mistakes but these people have no business butchering or handlingmeat. My only regret is not taking photos of the mold. Read more

I was really looking forward to getting some great meat at this shop! But I was so disappointed in the 2 steaks. Meat was tough... and had a bad taste! We ended up going to Publix and bought some great steaks at a third of the price! Also the sausage webought at the butcher shop was packaged on 5/30 and 3 days later was rotten! Never again! The staff at Seven Cedars Butcher Block is fantastic. The meat selection is awesome, you can\'t go wrong to go there before... grilling. The bacon is awesome, sausages, fresh vegetables, etc. But the staff is the reason why we keep going there over andover again. Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful, they go the extra mile for their customers, including goingdeep into the cooler to find a bone for us (we like going there every other week to get bones for our dogs - they go quicklywhen they have them each week!). I like shopping local when possible, and they also have items for sale from other localcompanies in their store like honey, BBQ sauces, etc. And if you want a good laugh, hit the shelves that have the spices forsteaks, chicken and chops.
