They don?t carry a lot of the drinks you?d get at a normal Starbucks place. Also most of the girls just stand behind the counter... on their phones or gossiping with customers right there. The customer service just sucks Read more

I keep trying to give this location second chances, I?m on chance 15 and I still can?t say I trust them to make even an... uncomplicated order. At least the girls there last night didn?t charge me $30 for a coffee that?s normally $10 and were VERYsweet. I don?t know how they can mess up an order that I lay my phone down with that has it listed out so they have time to getit all written down and in the computer. The Starbucks on 231 has left something out of my order multiple times, but at leastit?ll still be drinkable, which is why it?s so concerning that it seems impossible to leave Kroger Starbucks with a cup ofcoffee the way I want it. I guess I?ll have to stick with 40 minute round trips just for a decent cup of coffee. Read more
