Even though they are a new store, things do not seem to be right. I ordered a tall cold brew and I?ve never seen a drink from... Starbucks like the one that came out. It was almost less than half full and not mixed at all. I know they are new. The employees were super nice, but they tried to charge me 9$ for a iced coffee. After getting that settled... I ordered a venti they gave me a tall. She didn?t mix it. It tasted like unsweet mud. I asked her to mix it, she barely dips astraw in it and gives it back to me. As a Former GM let?s train our employees before we open a store. I keep trying to give this location second chances, I?m on chance 15 and I still can?t say I trust them to make even an... uncomplicated order. At least the girls there last night didn?t charge me $30 for a coffee that?s normally $10 and were VERYsweet. I don?t know how they can mess up an order that I lay my phone down with that has it listed out so they have time to getit all written down and in the computer. The Starbucks on 231 has left something out of my order multiple times, but at leastit?ll still be drinkable, which is why it?s so concerning that it seems impossible to leave Kroger Starbucks with a cup ofcoffee the way I want it. I guess I?ll have to stick with 40 minute round trips just for a decent cup of coffee. Read more
