I'm so glad that they redid this waffle House the staff and building. Both of them needed an update and they got it the food... came out fast and was cooked perfectly in our server was very friendly and attentive pretty much what else can you ask for Ialso have really good prices everyone in my party ordered the all-star. You can't beat a waffle scrambled eggs hash browns toastand sausage for 10 bucks!! There's not a lot of late night things open in this town so this is the perfect place happy I gotgood service. I eat at many Waffle Houses as my job requires traveling & I do love the menu options . But, this one is a hands down NOPE ????!... My waitress Susan was screaming at someone the particular day across the restaurant. Who wants to hear a bunch of loud screamingwhile trying to eat & relax. The management isn?t up to par . At all!!!! My food was not right and she was so hateful to me with getting it corrected. I mean - what was I suppose to do ?? Go back there & fix it myself ???? - . I?m a very understandingpatron but, this is one restaurant I would NOT recommend based on quality of food , service & hospitality. I will not be back !I work hard for my money , like everyone else & to spend $20 for half a** service , quality and an overall terrible experienceis a total waste !!!! Plus a hefty tip ! Walked in to a disaster tonight. No clean tables. The waitress was rude to patrons. She even kicked a man out for asking about... an order to go. The waitress said a person did not show up for their shift. She was disorganized, rude and instead of doing herjob, she was on the phone complaining to someone. The man she was so rude to about the take out order left with the FU comment.Great way to endanger a the patrons in a fish bowl. She needs to be fired. This happened on September 5 at 11:30 PM. The people there was polite, the cook was awesome. The lady who took care of me an my mom was funny an really great. Can't wait... to come back, hope she will be there. The place was clean and loud which I love cause it's what makes it feel like home. Read more
The crew working today were absolute perfection. Great communication, each helping the other. They were laughing and pleasant... with each other and guest. Holly prepared my omelette and it was delicious. The presentation was spot on. It could have been thecover of a menu. Read more
Order breakfast for my dad here today...(Father's Day 2022) Was the worst meal I have ever had from a Waffle House! Waffle... House is my go to restaurant all over the south! Dad had Waffle and porkchop. The pork chop was so bad he could not eat it. Dry...tough..flavorless! The Waffle was half the size of normal! All he got to eat was half a Waffle for fathers day! I hadan omelet that was a little larger than 1 egg! Was tiny...was not enough for a kids order! I was so disappointed! Shame onyou guys! Love this place. The people make it amazing. The staff are friendly and you can tell they care for each other. They seem like... they make a great team for sure. We are there 3 times in the last week. We watched the shift change a few times and lovedwatching everyone work together and care for each other. This location should be a training location.
