It's McDonalds! Every single time I order from here I get pulled up to the window. Last night I ordered, and I waited outside... for my order for 22 minutes. I got my order then had to wait another 3 minutes for my drinks to be brought back out because theyforgot them. So when I opened my food. Some of my food was cold, I guess from them bagging it before the rest was finished! I'mnot angry about it, just becomes aggravating after it continuously happens! Read more
The McDonald's in Lebanon Va sucks, they can never get a order right! When the employees are taking you order in drive threw you... can hear on the speaker of the employees laughing and not paying attention to you're order that's why you order a big Mac theyhand you chicken nuggets smh.... Although I mostly get breakfast items from this location. Each time I go the food is fresh with great quality. Wait in line is... what you would expect from a Mcdonald's location. It can be hit and miss. Read more

Where have we been welcomed in such warm manner at a McDonald?s?! We had to travel 6 hours away from our city life to experience... a welcoming & friendly staff at this McDonald?s! We were really surprised at the patience the staff had while we placed ourorder for 4 people. The sweetness was genuine. The food was so much fresh and better than most other outlets. Then we parked ourcar just in front of the beautiful snow clad mountains and enjoyed our food and the rest of our stay at this lovely town ofLebanon! Read more
