The only chipotle I have ever been to where they want to charge you extra for "more lettuce" on your salad ominously referred to... as "sides" on your reciept and as other customers have stated are extremely conservative portioning wise. Why do I get dirtylooks when all I want is extra super green lettuce in my salad and my salad is costing me $20? The staff complains they can'tclose the lid on the salad bowl as if it's so hard to push the lettuce down. But they will put their foot into a double wrappedburrito stuffed out the sides without question?! The general manager here is a great guy. Very polite. Extremely helpful. But Ireally feel like portioned policy needs to be revisited at this price point. And also the staff should be able to muster atleast half a smile if they are servicing customers on the line. We normally LOVE chipotle. It?s our go-to place whenever we are out, but this location was weirdly?off. The portions on... everything were really small, I had to ask for more rice because it didn?t even begin to cover the bottom of the bowl. The ricewas burnt and even though they were scraping the bottom of the containers to serve us, no move was made to bring out fresh,unburned rice. The weirdest part was when we went to get our forks so we could eat our salads and rice bowls. All the silverwarecontainers were filled with spoons. I thought it was funny and just an oversight so I went to the register to tell them therewere no forks only spoons. The guy at the register replied with attitude that they only had spoons and if they had forks theywould have been put out. That is the kind of info that would have been helpful to know before I ordered a salad. ???? Came in for dinner at 8:30 and ordered a quesadilla, but their machine was broken, ordered corn salsa, but they were out,... ordered chips but they were out. I was thoroughly dissapointed, it seems they arent keeping up with restocking their foodoptions. They also put the hot salsa on my salad when I asked for mild, making it totally inedible. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because I've been here before and the service has been pretty good. But today, I've... been standing in line for about 15 minutes with 28 other people in the line. There's are 5-6 people working and only ONE servingup the food (see pic). So the cash register guy is just standing there waiting for her to fill the full order of everyone in aparty, which takes so long because she is the only one doing it that the cash register guy keeps just sort of wandering aroundtalking to other employees. I have seen no phone orders picked up, and none are on the pickup shelf. Okay, they just put thefirst order up there in almost 20 minutes. But that was it. Conveniently located off the 5 to the west off the freeway next to Panda Express and the Tesla power station. Service was good.... Staff seemed upbeat and friendly! Only peeve here is the chips aren't always fresh. Read more

First time visiting this Chipotle place which is at outlets at tejon. The food was good. Since this is at the main area near the... gas station this place was very crowded. Restrooms were ok. Affordable price. It's a chain so nothing new same food all over Iguess. Read more
