Ordered ahead of time got most of order 10 min after arriving I ordered 15 mins before arrival. Still had to wait, after asking... where the rest of my order was, for another 15 mins for fries!!! They do not take 15 min I have worked in food service it hasnever taken 15 mins in more than 20 yrs!!! Ridiculous not to mention the first person who came out didn't care and very muchseemed to be on drugs red eyed and super unaware of things around him his uniform was only half on worse service ever. Ordered a double 1/4 with cheese no veggies. I got 2 uncooked patties, no cheese and a gallon of ketchup for a burger. For my... daughter I ordered her the hamburger happy meal add cheese no onions or pickles and got both onions and pickles. Made it to ourhotel room to eat dinner and found out we couldn't even return it tonight because they closed at 11pm! Read more
I changed my mind there after I saw that the employee in glasses after the toilet went out into the hall without even washing... his hands. At first I thought he was just a cashier, but then, he began to lay out food in packages and I left there.??????????? Read more
I ordered that new Orange juice slushy from my daughter we were traveling from LA to Sacramento We did not get our slushy No toy... in her happy meal No barbecue and catch up . I was 250 miles away from Sacramento Sacramento on the way home I tried to find Idefined it but didn't work out quite in my favor . I asked for fresh nuggets they taste like they warmed them up 5 times nastyFrench fries old . I wouldn't recommend but if you do go to the McDonald's check your order before you leave. Good afternoon I had a terrible experience at this location. I was traveling from Rialto to Fresno and made a pit stop at the... 25987 restraunt and the service they provided was poor. They did not allow us to use our app for points and burnt the chickennuggets. Tasted like burnt cardboard and and was so hard and nasty. I was on the road and did not have time to have them make memore. It was a disappointment and Im a loyal customer. Read more
While I wouldn?t typically write a review about a McDonalds restaurant, this one was too nice to ignore. Not only was this... McDonalds the cleanest I have ever been to, there were other nice touches that you don?t see at most fast food places ingeneral. There were bright and perky fresh flowers in a vase on ever single table. Not a crumb could be seen anywhere, and therestroom was spotless. When I walked in the restaurant there were workers cleaning and polishing things that don?t usually getcleaned and polished. By the time I left, they were still at it. Talk about pride in your work. I highly recommend stopping atthis McDonalds if not only to see the high standards that this restaurant sets. It is unbelievable! Read more
Fantastic experience. Lots of memorabilia from right back to when the restaurant originally opened. Typical McDonald's fare,... but their milkshakes are better than the typical. Read more
