Order a hot coffee for myself and iced coffee for my husband. The young girl that took my order was very professional. She... gave me my coffee right away so I only had to wait for my husband's Iced coffee. When I asked the gentleman preparing theorders. where you pick them up he just told me " I don't know I just got here". He could at least said he would check to seewhat happened but he didn't. He just kept preparing other orders. I had to back and wait in line to ask the girl about myorder. She checked and told him what it was and said it had printed and offered to make it herself, but he told her he wouldmake it. When he made it, it wasn't what I had ordered. Asked for 1/4 cream to the iced coffee. Gave me almost all cream andlittle coffee. I told him it was only 1/4 cream. He told me I can't hear you, so I practically had to yell it out. He told mehe would give me the coffee and cream separately. I let him know he didn't have to do that, just add 1/4 cream. He ended upgiving it to me separately. If you are going to work with the public, don't be so rude. If you can't act like an adult, maybeyou are working in the wrong place. Wished I would have got his name. He might want to take some lessons on customer servicefrom the young lady. She was great! Overall the starbucks is always great. Just that one bad apple. Read more

I have been here several times and never had a bad experience. Great location!

Coffee calibration is so far off at this place I have to try and find something nice to say. But it isn't going to be about the... coffee - dirty sock water coffee! The egg bites - they were great!!! Customer service was super at the drive thru window. Thecashier was kind, friendly and cheerful. I had been driving for 3 hours and getting ready to go over the Grapevine in prime timetraffic. Great stop before heading over (or finishing up) the Grapevine - let's be honest, you need a stretch, a bathroom stop, and... caffeine. Only negative is they tend to run out of things, but given the volume of business it's not surprising. Quick and nicefolks every time I've been in. Read more

Idk who they hired but they are so slow. Get your order wrong and barely put any strawberries in the acai lemonade. Takes 10... minutes to receive a mobile order. That didn?t save me time at all. Never had this bad of an experience at a Starbucks. Read more

I gave 5 stars because I always usually come here before work, and I always receive get customer service but I?m upset because... this morning was another morning that I got my drink wrong. I understand they?re busy and it?s fast pace because I?ve workedmyself but now it?s happened several times where I ask for specific request and it?s not added.
