Fries were chewy and crunchy and I don't even know how they did that. The burger patties were rubbery and old. The only thing... good about my meal was the drive thru woman. ??HAIR IN MY FOOD?? Arrived ordered food. Ketchup dispenser not working ???? Burgers not freshly prepared..requested french fries without salt..due... to dietary restrictions..salt on fries. Really disappointed with food order. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Read more
I stopped in to this Wendy's for a late lunch burger at 3pm. I dined inside. The female staff member that took my special order... was very friendly, and the special order burger arrived shockingly fast, like in 30 seconds, but it was hot and correct, sogreat! I only ordered the sandwich because, like many of us who are retired (or not), money is tight. While I scarfed down theburger, the staff member who took my order stopped at my table and asked me if I would like a complementary beverage! Wow! Iaccepted her offer, and really did appreciate (and enjoyed) the free drink. The inside of the dining area looked very clean;supplies were in the process of being refilled (like napkins) during this slow time period. There are restrooms for customershere (although I did not visit them during this stop) and a drive-thru, along with plentiful customer parking. I would havebeen satisfied with my visit without the complementary beverage, but felt really happy because of the gifted drink. Ordered through DoorDash and got the worst quality food ever. A salad half done and a drink the wrong size, someone was to lazy... to pour it in the right size cup. Shocker. Honestly will not be back, used to love this place but the quality of food being madehas gone down drastically. Read more
Went through the drive through and ordered a large chicken sandwich meal. The box of fries was only half full, but when I tried... to ask about it the window got slammed shut. The manager came to the window and she refused to help and wouldn't even give me areceipt. Avoid this place! Read more
What happened to "Where's the BEEF?" Wendy's???We ordered 3 chilis and they were so watery it was more like bean soup and there... was barely any meat. The container was filled just a little more than half way. The baked potatoes were the smallest potatoes Ihave ever seen! They were like the smallest potato in a bag of potatoes. It seems like everything is getting smaller, even thedrinks are smaller than they used to be. I don't know how a manager can let food like this go out the door. We were verydisappointed! Read more
Every time I've gone to this one it is been a positive experience. Nice friendly helpful polite employees. UPDATE today 9/29/21... I went through the drive through and saw the advertisement for the cod and it looked delicious. I asked the young blonde if itwas fresh of if they have them in the warmer already.
